The Supervision Section in the Installation and Operation Unit with experienced personnel aims to improve the quality of supplied goods, troubleshoot technical executive problems, prepare plans and provide the organization with executive data.

In addition, estimating costs to participate in installation project tenders and checking other contractors’ prices are other responsibilities of this section.

The Supervision Section has capable experts to review design documents, perform accurate estimation of goods and continuously supervise the quality of equipment manufacturers. Consequently, it helps manufacturers to increase the quality of their products and create appropriate market competition between manufacturers.

Tasks set by the Supervision Section are as follows:

• Controlling final elements of the Construction Section.
• Assessment and quality control of steel manufacturers.
• Monitoring the LV and MV cable supply and wiring equipment.
• Supervision on construction, testing and delivery of panels.
• Monitoring the selection of construction contractors.
• Monitoring the clamps and fittings collection and deliveries from the manufacturer.
• Monitoring the earth system being implemented by the manufacturer
