Project managers have direct interaction and collaboration with other relevant sectors in the company. They coordinate and manage various projects in different fields such as:

• Power plant projects
• Industry projects
• Power transmission substation projects in different voltage levels up to 400 kV
• Transmission lines projects in different voltage levels up to 400 kV
• Distribution network projects
• Dispatching and communications projects in the sections of:

1.      DCS and automation

2.      Fiber optics

3.      SCADA

4.      Telecommunications and radio communications (PLC, radio and wireless)

After obtaining basic information and technical specifications, project managers set meetings with the design team and prepare a project schedule for the overall success of the project. They collaborate with the clients and consultants during the project. They are responsible for matters related to temporary delivery, guarantee, and ultimately the permanent delivery.

Cooperating and coordinating with the design calculation, high voltage, low voltage and substation automation design sectors, and also the civil calculation sector, they perform EPC projects.
